TransStart?FastPfu Fly DNA Polymerase是用于快速PCR的熱啟動超高保真DNA聚合酶。該酶與TransStart? FastPfu DNA Polymerase相比，擴增速度更快（≤5 kb基因可實現(xiàn)12 kb/min的極速擴增，＞5 kb基因可達到6 kb/min高速擴增），擴增效率更高，產(chǎn)量更高，保真性更高，靈敏度更高。2×TransStart? FastPfu Fly Reaction Mix中已含有dNTPs，DNA擴增時，只需加入模板、引物、水和TransStart? FastPfu Fly DNA Polymerase，使Reaction Mix的濃度為1×即可進行反應。擴增產(chǎn)物為平末端，可直接克隆于pEASY?-Blunt系列載體中。
