pEASY?-T1 Simple Cloning Vector消除了pEASY?-T1 Cloning Vector上的多克隆位點，克隆后的PCR產(chǎn)物無法使用pEASY?-T1 Cloning Vector上多克隆位點的限制內(nèi)切酶切下，包含LacZ基因，在含有IPTG和X-gal的平板培養(yǎng)基上，可進行藍白斑篩選，適用于TA克隆。
