TransScript? One-Step RT-PCR SuperMix是具有高效合成能力和高擴增效率的一步法RT-PCR試劑盒。本試劑盒以RNA模板，反向基因特異引物為反轉(zhuǎn)錄引物合成cDNA；然后以合成的cDNA為模板，正向、反向基因特異引物進行PCR，在同一個反應管中，同一反應體系中一步完成從反轉(zhuǎn)錄到PCR的全部反應。擴增產(chǎn)物可直接點樣電泳。
