PerfectStart? II Probe qPCR SuperMix利用在PCR體系中加入熒光探針 (TaqMan或Molecular Beacon等)，擴增過程中其 熒光量與擴增產(chǎn)物量成正比，通過熒光量的檢測測定樣本核酸量。本產(chǎn)品含PerfectStartTM Taq熱啟動酶 (利用3種單克 隆抗體與Taq DNA Polymerase高效結(jié)合，有效地封閉了DNA聚合酶活性，阻止了低溫下的非特異性擴增)、特殊優(yōu)化的qPCR反應(yīng)緩沖液、dNTPs、PCR增強劑、穩(wěn)定劑。本產(chǎn)品濃度為2×，使用時只需加入模板、引物、探針、Passive Reference Dye (根據(jù)qPCR儀選擇) 和水，使其工作濃度為1×，即可進行反應(yīng)。
