Trans15K DNA Marker由8條線狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成，適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析，不建議用于聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳。本產(chǎn)品為即用型產(chǎn)品，已含有1×Loading Buffer，可根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)需要，直接取5 μl電泳，使用方便，電泳圖像清晰。其中5000 bp條帶濃度為100 ng/5 μl，顯示亮帶，其余條帶濃度均為50 ng/5 μl。
