本試劑盒適用于從培養(yǎng)的動(dòng)物細(xì)胞、組織和大腸桿菌中快速提取總RNA。樣品被異硫氰酸胍裂解，DNA被DNase I消化，RNA與硅膠膜離心柱特異地結(jié)合。提取的總RNA純度高，沒(méi)有DNA和蛋白質(zhì)污染，可用于RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern blot等實(shí)驗(yàn)。
