本試劑盒利用獨(dú)特的裂解液裂解病毒釋放DNA/RNA，經(jīng)硅膠膜離心柱特異吸附，有效地純化病毒DNA/RNA。適用于從≤200 μl血漿、血清、全血、組織勻漿液、無(wú)細(xì)胞體液、鼻咽或口咽抽吸物或洗液、肺泡灌洗液、氣管吸 出物和痰液 、鼻咽或口咽拭子、培養(yǎng)動(dòng)物細(xì)胞上清中提取病毒DNA/RNA。提取的DNA/RNA純度高，適用于PCR， RT- PCR，qPCR，qRT-PCR等實(shí)驗(yàn)。
與競(jìng)品的比較
使用TransGen及Company TA產(chǎn)品，從感染非洲豬瘟 (ASFV) 的豬血清中提取DNA后，以不同倍數(shù)稀釋DNA為模板，qPCR法分析提取效果。
