Transetta（DE3）是采用進口菌株，特殊工藝制作，可用于DNA的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化。細胞具有氯霉素(Camr)抗性。使用pUC19質(zhì)粒DNA檢測，轉(zhuǎn)化效率可達107 cfu/μg DNA。使用Control Plasmid I (Amp+)用于檢測細胞是否具有表達功能，表達蛋白大小為25 kDa。
