本產(chǎn)品由7種預(yù)染蛋白質(zhì)組成，分子量范圍為14 kDa-100 kDa。其中50 kDa為橙色條帶，25 kDa、30 kDa、40 kDa、70 kDa、100 kDa為藍色條帶，14 kDa為亮黃色條帶，可以動態(tài)觀察蛋白質(zhì)電泳狀態(tài)及清晰地判斷蛋白轉(zhuǎn)膜效果。經(jīng)SDS-PAGE電泳后轉(zhuǎn)移到PVDF或NC膜上可見清晰的彩色條帶。橙色條帶和亮黃色條帶可以方便地判斷轉(zhuǎn)膜的方向。
