白介素-15（Interleukin-15， IL-15）是一種廣泛表達的細胞因子，在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上與IL-2相關，在許多免疫疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用[1]。IL-15以高親和力結(jié)合IL-15 Rα，它們共同表達在細胞表面[2-3]。IL-15誘導或增強多種T細胞亞群的分化、維持或激活，包括NK、NKT、Th17、Treg和CD8+記憶細胞。在干細胞培養(yǎng)方案中，IL-15可與IL-21等其他細胞因子聯(lián)合使用，以提高NK細胞擴增和成熟的效率[4]。
