本產(chǎn)品以RNA為模板，在同一反應(yīng)體系中，42℃-55℃條件下，合成第一鏈cDNA的同時(shí)去除RNA模板中殘留的基因組DNA。反應(yīng)結(jié)束后，只需在85℃加熱2分鐘，即可同時(shí)失活TranScript? II RT/RI與gDNA Remover。
