本產(chǎn)品含有反轉(zhuǎn)錄反應(yīng)所需的全部試劑(TransScript? RT, RNase Inhibitor, Anchored Oligo(dT)18 Primer,Random Primer(N9), dNTPs, Buffer)，濃度為5×。反應(yīng)時(shí)，只需加入模板RNA和水即可高效合成第一鏈cDNA。操作簡(jiǎn)便，降低操作過程中的污染機(jī)率。cDNA 用于常規(guī)PCR，不推薦用于qPCR。
