本產(chǎn)品通過(guò)PCR方法檢測(cè)培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞等生物材料中的支原體，針對(duì)支原體16S rRNA序列保守區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)特異引物，直接使用細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)液作為模板，特異性擴(kuò)增支原體DNA，具有操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速、特異性強(qiáng)、靈敏度高的特點(diǎn)。其可以檢出口腔支原體(M.orale)、肺炎支原體(M.pneumoniae)、豬鼻支原體(M.hyorhinis)、精氨酸支原體(M.arginini)、發(fā)酵支原體(M.fermentans)、唾液支原體(M.salivarium)、梨支原體（M.pirum）、人型支原體（M. hominis）、萊氏無(wú)膽甾原體（A.laidlawii）在內(nèi)的共54 種支原體。
