TransIntro? EL Transfection Reagent是一種非脂質(zhì)體轉(zhuǎn)染試劑，適用于將DNA和RNA轉(zhuǎn)入真核細(xì)胞。該試劑轉(zhuǎn)染效率高，對(duì)原代細(xì)胞和難轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞也能得到比較好的效果，細(xì)胞毒性低，轉(zhuǎn)染時(shí)可以有血清和抗生素的存在，對(duì)貼壁細(xì)胞和懸浮細(xì)胞均可轉(zhuǎn)染。
