白介素-15（Interleukin-15， IL-15）是一種廣泛表達(dá)的細(xì)胞因子，在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上與IL-2相關(guān)，在許多免疫疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用[1]。IL-15以高親和力結(jié)合IL-15 Rα，它們共同表達(dá)在細(xì)胞表面[2-3]。IL-15誘導(dǎo)或增強(qiáng)多種T細(xì)胞亞群的分化、維持或激活，包括NK、NKT、Th17、Treg和CD8+記憶細(xì)胞。在干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)方案中，IL-15可與IL-21等其他細(xì)胞因子聯(lián)合使用，以提高NK細(xì)胞擴(kuò)增和成熟的效率[4]。
