本試劑盒適用于從培養(yǎng)的動物細胞、組織和大腸桿菌中快速提取總RNA。樣品被異硫氰酸胍裂解，DNA被DNase I消化，RNA與硅膠膜離心柱特異地結合。提取的總RNA純度高，沒有DNA和蛋白質污染，可用于RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern blot等實驗。
