本試劑盒利用獨特的裂解液裂解病毒釋放DNA/RNA，經硅膠膜離心柱特異吸附，有效地純化病毒DNA/RNA。適用于從≤200 μl血漿、血清、全血、組織勻漿液、無細胞體液、鼻咽或口咽抽吸物或洗液、肺泡灌洗液、氣管吸 出物和痰液 、鼻咽或口咽拭子、培養(yǎng)動物細胞上清中提取病毒DNA/RNA。提取的DNA/RNA純度高，適用于PCR， RT- PCR，qPCR，qRT-PCR等實驗。
與競品的比較
使用TransGen及Company TA產品，從感染非洲豬瘟 (ASFV) 的豬血清中提取DNA后，以不同倍數稀釋DNA為模板，qPCR法分析提取效果。
